Initial Diagnosis

Our initial on-site computer diagnostics will allow us to professionally determine the most cost-effective and time effecient repairs for your computer. Should you decide to complete the repairs, We will credit the diagnostics towards your repairs.

Whether we are performing a system restore, you have a virus that is infecting your files, or you would like peace of mind of having your data backed up, we have the expertise and hardware available to backup your important computer data. If needed, we can provide you with a hard drive for an additional cost. Backups are extremely important, and we recommend at least 3 backups per file that you have. How important is your data?

System Reformat/ Restore

Over time, Windows experiences what we term in the industry as "Windows Rot". It is recommended that your computer be completely reformatted / restored about once a year for optimal settings. Certain strains of computer viruses can cause extensive system damage that only a factory reset/ reformat would be the most viable solution. Using your original restore discs that came with your computer or the windows restore partition on your hard drive, our professionals will not only restore your computer to its factory settings, but we will also remove all the pre-loaded junk programs and processes to optimize your PC. We'll setup your computer correctly and efficiently; and explain to you the host of programs and spyware prevention tools to keep your system running fast and clean.

DC Power Jack Repairs

Prior to completing a DC Power Jack Repair, one of our techncians will need to do a complete diagnostics on your motherboard to determine the extent of the damage. In most cases we confirm the replacement of the DC power jack, however, we have seen situations when clients wiggle the jack in the computer creating a short circuit in the system and drastically increasing the cost of your repair including a new motherboard. Let the professionals test your system and thoroughly determine the exact repair process and cost.

We will configure your router properly to access the internet and print to locally to a single printer. Contact us to make sure all available security settings on your router and computers are activated and running. When you go wireless, security and privacy is our utmost concern!
