Do you charge to diagnose issues on my computer?
Yes, our $49.99 Flat Rate diagnostics charge allows our technicians to perform a complete analysis of your computer (both hardware and software) to determine the exact malfunction your computer and to give you an accurate estimate of the repair costs. We are always looking for the fastest, most cost-effective, and safest way to get you up and running. We may also recommend a complete Operating System re-install or the purchase of a new computer.
Our technicians will recommend several repair options so that you may choose the one that best suits your needs.
Are your technicians fully qualified to carry out computer repairs?
Yes. All of our computer repair technicians are experienced and have at least 5-9 years computer repair and IT experience. All our technical staff are rigorously vetted and trained prior to their employment. We serve a variety of private and business customers across the metro Atlanta area and can provide references upon request.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Our work is guaranteed. We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
If we install a new hardware item, the installation and component are warranted to be free of defects for 30 days. Virus Removals carry a 10 day warranty. If you fail to keep an active/ updated anti-virus protection and your system becomes infected with a virus, the subsequent infection is not covered by our warranty.
If we re-format your hard drive and re-install the operating system, we guarantee the installation. Following installation, if you delete a critical system file or install new software that corrupts your operating system, the warranty is void. We guarantee our work. We do not provide a guarantee that your computer will remain healthy indefinitely.
Please understand the volatile nature of computers, and that some problems can recurr, for example, some computers are reinfected with the same virus or spyware after a user repeats the same actions that got the system infected in the first place.
What computer brands do you repair?
We repair all major brands, including Apple, Dell, Toshiba, Sony, HP, Compaq, IBM, Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Gateway, Emachines, Custom builds and most other computer systems not listed.
Which operating systems/ platforms are you supporting?
We support most Windows and Apple products, including most smartphones and tablets.
I spilled liquid inside my computer. Is it possible to repair the damage?
It depends on how much liquid was spilled and the extent of the damages. Even if your laptop can be powered on, the system may have shorted in such a way that will cause inconsitent freezes and shut-downs as you use your system. A full syste diagnostics would be needed to determine if the damage is limited to a few specific components or is more widespread.
What should I bring with my computer?
Desktop computers only need to bring the computer itself. Cords/cables, keyboards, mouse, or monitors are not needed. Laptops owners should bring the laptop and power cord.
If a Windows installation is needed, you will need to bring any software that came with your computer and also any software you would like reinstalled.
How long do most repairs typically take?
Our customers are on a first come, first served basis. Typically, your equipment will be diagnosed within 24-48 hours. You will be contacted once the diagnostics is completed to approve any additional repairs/ parts if needed. If parts are ordered, please add 3-5 business days for the part to arrive. Priority services are available for an additional nominal charge.
Can you tell me more about your priority services?
We make rush jobs the highest priority because we know that lost production is lost money and we pride ourselves in providing the most comprehensive and reliable priority repair service available to our industrial/commercial customers.
You can be assured that your rush repair needs will be treated with the most urgency needed and will be evaluated, repaired, tested and returned as fast as possible. Only one technician will be working on your system from start to finish and will be touching base with you every few hours with updates on the repair progress. Can you back up my software and programs?
Unfortunately no. Third party programs such as Anti-Virus software, Microsoft Office, Tax preparation software etc., are copyright protected, and need to be reinstalled from their original CD's.
